#or when you find the historical ethymology and see that there was expression of 'my soul of souls' that meant beloved#anyway the word for ghost and soul is very similar in polish. this has nothing to do with anything#except that you make oaths on souls and also ghosts and ghosts and souls are synonyms#very normal about this. wish rpf wasnt so controversial so i could post this on main and get my polish mutuals on this#i wish i could explain it better but the untranslability of language makes me yet again frustrated at the language barriers
